Too many hopeful souls have sat with the plants thinking they will do their work for them. This is not true and is a surefire way to be disappointed in your results. Like everything it’s up to you and your follow through. It’s an important reminder that when working with these powerful teachers, we should be spending as much time on preparation and integration as we are in the ceremony itself.

Microdosing Protocol

This monthly coaching package works with individuals taking sub-perceptual doses of Psilocybin Mushrooms to help overall well-being. This is a powerful offering for people new to plant medicine or for people who are looking to deepen their integration after ceremonies.

If you are new to working with me, you will submit an intake form and we will have an introductory call where I will go over the microdose protocol with you. Together we will craft a powerful intention that you would like to set for that month to focus on. We will meet weekly to touch base on that intention and to deepen your relationship with the sacred plant medicine. At the end of the five-week protocol, we will spend time on specific integration techniques, ensuring your newfound wisdom is embedded into your daily life and habits.
